Shipping charges apply to all orders and are calculated at checkout based on our negotiated carrier rates, order size, weight, and destination. Shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Please note that larger packages or certain items may require special shipping and could incur additional fees.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days during non sale periods. During promotional or high volume sales events, fulfillment may take up to 12 business days.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, failure to claim the package, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be refunded once received back at our facility, less the original shipping label fee.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, or is lost in transit and package protection was not purchased at checkout, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information and selecting package protection if desired.

Package Protection

Our Package Protection Policy covers you in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen. Please note that this policy only applies if you have opted for Package Protection when placing your order.

Here’s the deal:

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, just let us know within 14 days. We’ll get you sorted with store credit/refund for the full amount of your purchase.
• If your package is marked "DELIVERED" but isn’t in your hands, submit a claim within 5 days. We’ll need a police report to take care of it, and we’ll make it right with store credit/refund.

Just submit a claim with your order number, contact info, and what happened. We’ll jump in to help and make sure you’re taken care of.
